Wills.ng is a technology platform, not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice. Use of our software does not create an attorney-client relationship.
2. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information you input. You are also responsible for properly executing (signing and witnessing) any documents generated by the service according to Nigerian law.
3. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wills.ng and Fideby shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
