Your will and estate information is private. Here is how we protect it during the pre-launch preview.

Encryption

All connections use HTTPS. Your information is stored by our database provider, which encrypts it at rest.

Who can see your information

Your estate information is shown only in your own account. When lawyer review launches, a lawyer will only see cases assigned to them. Changes to your information, and any professional access to it, are recorded.

Signing in

You confirm your email before you can sign in, and passwords that have appeared in known data breaches are refused. Lawyers and staff must use two-step sign-in.
